Margarita Smirnova’s practice focuses on representing individuals and small businesses in litigation and transactional work, immigration, criminal matters and firearm laws.  She is skilled at pleadings drafts and dispositive motions, and manage all aspects of pre-trial discovery, argue motions in state and federal courts.

Margarita is a professional and competitive Ballroom and Latin dancer in Boston area.  She began dancing when she was 8 years old and now competes, performs and as well as teaches dance in Newton, Massachusetts.  She is registered with the NDCA (National Dance Council of America).  She has been dancing and competing almost all of her life in Europe and in the U.S. Margarita’s expertise ranges from International style (Standard/Latin) to American style (Smooth/Rhythm).
